Breaking News! The Philadelphia Eagles have lost their minds and sent their franchise leading QB to the lowly Washington Redskins. McNabb was quoted as saying he “came up short of his goal” with the Eagles. I know the Eagles accomplished their goal of professionally thanking McNabb for leading the team to 5 NFC Championship games and an appearance in the Super Bowl by throwing him under the bus. The bus happens to be more of a train wreck known as the Washington Redskins. Just look what they did to Jason Campbell: 3 new offenses in 4 years! Campbell had zero chance to succeed in that kind of environment and will be one hell of a QB for the lucky team that lands him. Please… just make sure to keep the same offensive plan or coordinator for more then one year! This kid might surprise you. However, I think that Washington will need more then a washed up Coach Shanahan and a good, not great, aging McNabb to help save this train from heading for more disaster. Way to go Redskins…its not like you needed those draft picks to help build a team. Oh that’s right, I forgot that your plan in the NFL is to buy up all the expensive trash left over from teams that know how to clean house.
